$75 enrollment fee is required to hold your child's Pre-K spot. You must pay in person.

Pre-K tuition is payable at $150 per month (September - April) $75 per month (August & May) Classes will meet on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. AM classes meet 9:00-11:30 am and PM classes meet 12:30-3 pm.

I the undersigned, parents or guardians of The above enrolled child(ren), do hereby release FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, Midwest City, Oklahoma, and its representatives from liability for any illness, injury, or mishap which may occur while my child(ren) are in attendance at any of the functions sponsored by the above named church. This release, which covers any accidents which may occur, including transportation to and from said activities, shall include any group action sponsored either by the church as a while, or individual group or department. I give my consent and permission for emergency hospital or medical care deemed necessary for the health and welfare of my child(ren).
